I just tried image integration for the first time and I think I am doing something wrong. I did M82 the other night. I did a full set of biases, flats and darks, calibration and stacked in Maxim and the images look fine.
Then I calibrated all my files and saved them and tried Image Integration for both the RGBs and the luminance files. In each case the finished file shows original dust donuts like I never took flats. These files were already pre calibrated.
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
