Blink

Is there a way that we could setup Blink similar to the SubFrameSelector tool so I could use the 'x' on the left side of each image as a way to 'move' the good images from one spot to another?  As of now, you can uncheck files to keep them from blinking, but you still have to manually go through and select each file to move them somewhere else.

+1 for this.  We already have the checkbox for each frame - my process is to load my subs, down arrow an each one to inspect it and hit spacebar to turn off the checkbox.  At that point, all the files I want to move to an Approved subfolder are already selected by checkbox - but I have to repeat the process to highlight the files before I can move them.  Let's use the checkbox to indicate which files should be moved or not - either one would help!

yes, would be more easy!
Along this, I would prefer to have the Auto Histo for each pic separate to be loaded by default.
Brightnesses differ a lot, especially when loading a full LRGB set, and AutoSTF of the first pic apllied to all makes little sense to me.

I open my subs in Blink. Then I arrow through them. If I see one I don’t like I hit the Close Selected button and move to the next sub. When I’ve looked at them all I select all of them by swiping, and move the lot to the Approval folder. It couldn’t be faster or more convenient than it already is, IMHO.

I'm (attempting to) move from DSS/Photoshop to PI, and have to say that the blink/move/stack process is very counter-intuitive and really messes up my directory structure and file handling.  I don't WANT to have to move good images somewhere else in order to stack them.  It would be nice if the image preview was just available in the stacking batch dialog so that I can make the decisions of which images to use as I'm setting up the stack.  Alternately, a very simple fix would be to let me check the desired images in the blink tool and just copy the desired list including complete paths into the stack dialog.  Please don't make me move things around on my hard drive in order to be able to use the tools.

And I know I'm not the first one to comment on how counter-intuitive the whole check vs. select thing is.  I couldn't even tell what use the checkboxes have.  At a minimum, please add a right click menu or the like to "Select all checked".  Don't make me MANUALLY go through and shift-select every file.  That's software's job!!!

Thanks,

Beo
