StarAlignment error - Linux64 Ubuntu 11.10

Linux64, Ubuntu 11.10, Centrino Duo, 4G memory

StarAlignment error since upgrading to 1.7.5 and latest updates - this morning.

See screenshot and .conf file if that is of any help - attached

Counts stars but produces error 0 stars.

RAW format set to RAW Bayer image. Thought it might be a dBayer problem, but error persists with batch deBayer and Process > deBayer default settings, which is correct for my setup. Also tried with Billinear.
