Pixinsight 1.7 not accepting license information

Hi,

Upon re-imaging my macbook pro, pixinsight will not accept my user and license information.
It returns the following error
Authentication error. The server says: 'INVALID AUTHORIZATION CODE'

I am using the information provided as per my license when purchased.

I appreciate if anyone has a fix for this.
I am running pixinsight 1.7 64 on my macbook pro.

Hi Mark,

If you have PI running on one computer, then you don't have to reactivate your license. See FAQs 2.7 and 2.8:

Otherwise please email support and we'll arrange a license reactivation for you.
