PCL information on website incomplete

Hi,
http://pixinsight.com/developer/pcl/index.html contains some basic information about PCL. In my opinion, the following is missing:
- link (or better: copy) to the PCL development article in http://pixinsight.org/magazine/pdf/PixInsightMagazine-01.600dpi.pdf
- link to download location (http://pixinsight.com/developer/pcl/download)
- link to the license text (http://pixinsight.com/developer/pcl/pcl-license-1.0.txt)
- link to updated documentation (http://pixinsight.com/developer/pcl/doc/html/index.html points to version 1.0, apparently generated in July 2010, most likely outdated)
- link to the documentation compiler
- recommendations regarding development platform (which would be the prefered Linux distribution, for example).
