Hi,

I am not able to align the luminances and the rgb's (2x2 bin).
I've set the L as reference and the rgb's as targets...  ???
can anybody help please?

Hi Stefan,

To help you I need to take a look at your data. Could you upload the images, so I can try StarAlignment with them?

Stefan,

I've had this problem a time or two (today in fact) and sometimes under Star Detection, reducing the Detection scales from the default (5?) to 4 helps, but not always. Usually I have this problem with poor data, often narrowband using a OSC camera or today it was r,g,b data binned 2x2 from skies that were perhaps marginal at best.
