Latest DBE process doesn't iconize properly

On win_x64 the DBE process doesn't become a clean icon when minimized. Not a big deal but it looks a little sloppy :)

I've seen the same effect on my Win32 (Vista) installation, although I cannot reproduce it consistently.

I've also seen it with the PixelMath when it's minimised .....
