New Trial License Required after Upgrade
« on: 2009 November 26 04:32:18 »
How can i get a new trial license?

I lost the original registration when upgrading to Win7. The install went badly and i ended up haveing to reformat and install fresh. I therefore lost my original registration and never did get a change to evaluate PixInsight.

Hi there - and welcome to the PI Forum.

I am sure that Juan Conejero should be able to resolve this issue for you, very easily.

It may take just a little while for him to see your request (if he is otherwise busy), but his reaction should be quite rapid after that.

HTH

Hi,

I've just deleted your trial license from our licensing databases, so please feel free to request a new one with the same email address. You'll have another 30 trial days on your new Win7 system.
