WBPP Script not included with latest download

I just updated to 1.8.8-2 and the WBPP script is not in the Scripts menu. Now to be clear I haven't had it before but I understood it to be included with the standard download/update. Is there a separate action needed to install it?

I'm at 1.8.8-3, and it is there under Script -> Batch Processing. Last item in the list.
