No, I have not been able to replicate an exact procedure. Its happened twice, if I am to discern some sequence I will update.

We cannot reproduce these issues. The backtraces are of no help (reported InitializePixInsightModule symbol on macOS are fake; they have nothing to do with the actual critical signals).

The origin of these critical signals is clearly in Qt library modules, so they are beyond our control. We need a reproducible pattern to analyze and potentially fix these issues.
