"No-op" process icon?

Is there any simple no-op process icon, or a note container?  I'd like to include some notes in my default process icon set.  I am sure that I could just put like a dummy STF icon on there or something but wondered if there were something specifically suited.

PixInsight has a No Operation process.
Drag the process on the desktop ...
