Max Rotation in StarAlignment
« on: 2019 September 11 09:47:14 »
I am wondering if it is possible to limit the max rotation in Star Alignment. Currently the camera angle on my subs are not consistent, and i would like to only align, or integrate the subs that are relatively close to my reference image. Is there any way to do this? Without combing through every sub?

Ideally, i would like to know if there is some way to process out or align/intergrate the subs with some rotation without having a lot of "discontinuation" in the final image.

hmm, i'm not sure there is a way to do this. if SFS could read the astronometric properties of an image you could cull them that way, but i don't think SFS reads any WCS keywords. you'd have to write a script to do this, i suppose.
