Issues with benchmark

Heres a weird one that I haven't been able to figure out.

My computer is a dual-Xeon x5550. That's 16 logical processors. When I am processing frames in pixinsight, it successfully uses all 16. Windows sees all 16. However when I run benchmark, the report only shows 8 processors despite my global settings allowing access to all 16.

Anyone seen this before or have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Which version of PixInsight are you using? 1.8.5 or 1.8.6?

1.8.6 (.1475, 64-bit)

Also, on Windows 10, 1903 if that's worth anything
