If you take the data with a color camera and save the images as raw (monochrome), this problem would be with "debayering" related.  With my DBK I was unable to avoid that grid patter when saving the videos in raw format, because neither registax nor k3 can perform a good "debayering".

After reading the last message of Carlos I was thinking of Registax processing parameters and think that I found the solution to the problem. If you activate the aligneament option "Filters blur 1 pixel" the grid disappears in the final image. I have tried in several videos and there is no problem in using the Van Cittert algorithm even using a high value of StdDev.
In the attached picture is possible to see an example with the same processing parameters.

Yes :) Now it looks much better (and the bluring filter did not affect the image in any adverse way) :) Congratulations Jose, you solved it :D
