BPP 1.48 Problem
« on: 2019 May 28 13:39:47 »
Hello

I am running a Mac Book Pro latest OS and have PixInsight latest updates and now I am having a problem with BPP. I enter all the correct information using master flats and it tries to cosmetize the flats and then reports an error and stops when it tries to register the images no stars. If I do not Cos Correct the process and skip the steps it still occurs the star alignment process is  trying to align a flat field. Anybody else having this problem.

Hello Again

I have attached the log files of 2 different attempts to use BOO 1.48pmn 52819. They come from 2 different computers (1 Laptop and the other is an iMac). One using Cos Correct and flat master the other without.

If problem with text file let me know

Hi

I keep replying to my own topic but I have found the problem. Since I use a low light camera StarLight Instruments Trius SX-694, the company recomends you doo not need to use a Dark frame so in  the [past I have been using BPP without a dark frame and everything worked fine. But with  the update to BPP it needs a dark frame to work.

How can I get back the older BPP script?
