Inside PixInsight 2nd Edition - Index Issues / Fix?

Is the publisher going to fix the 2nd edition?  The Index and Table of Contents have issues.

Did you get your copy from Amazon?  I had three copies from them and they were all wrong.  It looked like they were printing them as ordered because each one had a different print date. Ordered one from Warren and as far as I can tell the problem is fixed.

Hi guys, Problem was that although Amazon was unauthorized to self-print this 'premier title,' somehow they did so before the index was corrected. If you have a bad index, contact Hannah Kaufman at hannah.kaufman@springernature.com and she will replace it free of charge!

I contacted Hannah a week ago and my replacement has just arrived. Not only does it have the correct index but is also printed on better quality paper. Brilliant service from Springer after all the initial problems.
