BPP takes wrong reference image

hi,

updated to newest version 1.08.06 1457 and quickly ran into an issue:

BPP does not take the appointed reference pic to align, compare console to script sheet


that causes the summarized pic being offset to the choosen reference:


Could be that I took the raw pic referred to in the console in an earlier try.
(I do dithering and often fine tune the reference image after seeing the outcome)
but that does not explain why BPP is not doing NOW what it has been told.
And on top a calibrated light, I would not even be able to choose it, as it was not there when starting BPP process. 
Tried many tines. I even deleted the earlier BPP process icons, deleted the "calibrated" and "registered" folders,
and still it takes this calibrated light when running.

Any idea? Do I do something wrong? Had never a problem with it before.

hi,

made a master L via the normal processes Staralignment and Image integration,
and with this master L xisf as reference the BPP script aligned as expected.

still, the mismatch described above was reproducible, even when the script was started from scratch

hi,

I guess this glitch is not reproducable by most users, yet something is strange here.

To test it I made a little experiment and made a run with just 9 pics to stack
- yes, again it took a different reference frame, out of the calibrated pics BPP produces itself


then I opened my reference fits pic and did nothing else than to save it as xisf file,
and put this xisf as reference. And voilá, it was taken by BPP for reference, just as expected


So it seems, the fits files of my ASI1600 are not too popular with BPP.
