MMT seems to hang

Runnning MMT I get "Masking from swap files..." in the Process Console, but not any message that indicates the process is actually completed.  I am able to start HistogramTransformation afterward, but that too has that same message as the last line.  Today I installed the newest update (at V1.08.06.1457 for x64).  Including the Process Console contents for MMT:

Hi Xavier,

No hanging at all, this is just the standard behavior. The MMT process has been completed and the result has been masked because your image had an active mask (L_Mask) when you applied it.
