What is the Bayer/mosiac pattern for a  modified Canon DSLR I think the unmodified is RGGB but when I used that option in the Format Explorer the colors were off. Thanks

modifying the camera does not change the bayer matrix pattern.

the reds will probably be a lot stronger with the IR filter removed. but as before the modification, all you need to do is BackgroundNeutralization followed by ColorCalibration, or PhotometricColorCalibration. or if you unlink the channels in STF the autoSTF view of the data should look sort of OK.

I have a modded Canon 6D and use RGGB and it works well for me.  I selected "pure raw" in format explorer, and then select RGGB when debayering.
