PCC no graphs
« on: 2019 March 05 01:17:32 »
Hello all,

Photometry-based color calibration (PCC) works on both my laptop and my desktop PC. However, the PCC graphs are not shown when I use the desktop PC. The graph window opens and reports an error "Your file was not found". The PCC result itself is fine.

I suppose that the issue is caused because I don't use a standard directory structure on my PC (Windows 10 and programs on C:, personal files on D:. I don't see any option to specify paths for PCC temporary files.

Is there any solution?

Juergen

Hi Juergen,

This is a machine-specific issue that cannot be reproduced under normal working conditions. PCC does not depend on specific or 'hard-coded' directories. The PCC graphs are generated as .html files on the user's temporary directory, which is reported dynamically by the operating system. By default, this is "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp" on Windows.

Hi Juan,

So no solution to that issue is available, but thank you anyway!
