PixInsight 1.8.6 Installation Error

I've uninstalled PixInsight 1.8.5 and started trying to download and install 1.8.6.  Either while or after copying new files it gives me the error "There was an error creating a temporary file that is needed to complete this installation".  I've deleted all temporary files and rebooted my pc without any success completing the installation...always the same error.  I'm not a computer guru and nothing that I've Googled about this error seems to make a lot of sense.  Any suggestions?  I'm using Windows 10 and Windows Defender as my antivirus.  Everything is up to date.

I figured it out for those who run into the same issue.  I had to turn off Controlled Access in Windows Defender while I was installing 1.8.6.  Once I did that, it installed fine.  While Controlled Access was turned on, Defender would block access to certain files used for installation.  Once the installation was complete I turned Controlled Access back on.
