« on: 2018 September 07 20:51:02 »
It's been a while for me. Simple question: Can the latest PixInsight version be installed on Ubuntu 18.04?

Thanks.

Thanks! Sorry for the dumb question, but it really has been a long time.

I just tried to run pixinsight last night on my ubuntu machine that I recently upgraded from 16.04lts to 18.04lts and it's not working. Doing a ldd on the executable I see many libraries with version *.0.10 not found. I tried to just put in soft links to the existing libraries, and it get's further, but still fails to run.
