Just an idea.
What about creating a robot-server to auto create licences to verified buyers and trial licences too?
That way, one will not have the need to bother Pixinsight and also there will be no waiting time.
Even if the licence could be 'only' made for 1-3 days [automatically] - it would save time while waiting for a manually checked by Pixinsight.
I totally understand you have to do it - of course, you need to protect your hard work and not lose profits - no problems with that, but it will avoid 'bothering' too much your customers, especially the one that use a TRIAL licence (like me now!] - i.e. potential buyers.
Just a thought.
