Milkyway with foreground process tutorial(s)

Hello there,

I wonder if there is tutorials about one-shot Milkyway with foreground.
I take a milkyway shot these days (18mm, 1600ISO, 20Sec.) with a and old house as foreground and I want to edit this in PixInsight as I do with my stacking photos.

Any ideas about some good tutorials?
