Filter names

I have a question/problem when processing my exposures. Evidently over the two nights I was acquiring my shots I inadvertently changed the name of my L filter from Luminaire to Luminance. Now when I load my lights, PixInsight separates my lights into two separate groups as if it is two different filters. Just changing the file name in the file doesn't affect it; I guess the name is embedded into the data somehow when I took the shot. Is there some way I can correct this without another night of imaging?

it's likely in the FITS header of the images and that's where PI is getting the filter name.

you might be able to use "add custom" to override the fits header when loading the files into BPP

Tried that; used add custom and it still separated them. Looks like I'll be spending extra time outside. Thanks anyway

I use a Batch Conversion function in the software program MiraPro (Mirametrics) that lets me rename a FITS keyword.  For example, the program can search for Luminaire and change it to Luminance or vice versa.  You can also use the same function to add keywords and change the value of a keyword, but there is no way to remove one.  Would be nice to see this feature added to PI as a script in the batch processing group.
