After setting up a batch processing script and dragging an instance to the work space when reopening the batch script instance all of the file info is forgotten. The options and master reg file along with directory is still correct. I've also noticed that the registration and calibration is failing for clean images that in the past would not be a problem. I've checked for updates and PI tells me I'm current. Have I missed a manual update?
