FITSHeader - how to add

I'm trying to determine how to add an entry using FITSHeader since there is no documentation.
When I start FITSHeader and select a view at the top of the window, then enter a new Name, Value, and Comment at the bottom, then press "Add", the new value is added BUT the View name changes to "<No View Selected>".

Do I need to drag the triangle from the FITSHeader window to the image?

For special processes i.e. BPP you must save the image before further processing and then open again.

To second Rob, yep- you have to apply the change, then re-save the file with that change.
