Module installation PCL win32 system exception error

I am getting the following error when trying to install a module. (I am using Windows 10 64bit on lenovo y520)

If it's an older module that worked with previous versions of PI it might not be compatible with the current PI 1.8.5. It would need to be recompiled and or rewritten possibly. You should contact the author of the module.
