No Contact from PI, want to purchase license

Hello everyone,

Kind of in a pickle.    I have tried to contact someone from Pleiades Astrophoto S.l using the support page and
via email to support@pixinsight.com

No contact from them after many days.

I would like to purchase a commercial license using Paypal.   
My Paypal address is linked to my hotmail account.  Unfortunately this hotmail account does not work with their servers.
I tested it many times per their suggestion before purchase of license.

I have never been able to get a response using this account.  I did obtain contact and trial via my gmail account.

I tried to contact them about purchasing a license with paypal, and have the license information sent to my
gmail account.   Anyway, no contact from them.   What to do next?

Why not link your PayPal to your gmail account?

I can look into that, as long as I don't have to open a whole new account.  Not to mention I already have payments that use
my hotmail address.

Still, I tried to contact them at support@pixinsight.com with the gmail account and get no response.

Ok, so I linked my gmail account to paypal and sent payment.   Did not receive a license 

I have sent email to support, and hoping to get some help.

If you haven't, make sure you check your 'spam folder'.

That was the first thing I did.  Also added them to the safe sender list per the instructions on their contact page.

Still no word, but it is the weekend.  If I don't hear from them early next week, then I am going to start to worry : {

Hang in there, I think Juan has had a few real life things to take care of but am sure he will be in touch/respond on here in the next few days.

Ok I was able to make contact with someone from PixInsight!   

For some reason, hotmail/microsoft are causing them a lot of problems.

Regardless, I am very happy!   they helped me get everything sorted out!!!
