Pixinsight 1.8.5 will not open on MAC OSX

Hello,

  I have tried to resolve this myself, but I have had no luck.  I have just uninstalled my previous version of PI and tried to upgrade to 1.8.5, it installed without issue.  However, when I try to run it, I get an error that the program cannot run.  Reviewing the error log, the error is as follows;

Dyld Error Message:
  Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreBluetooth.framework/Versions/A/CoreBluetooth
  Referenced from: /Applications/PixInsight/PixInsight.app/Contents/Frameworks/QtWebEngineCore.framework/Versions/5/QtWebEngineCore
  Reason: image not found


I would appreciate if you can point me in the right direction.

Which type of Mac? Which version of MacOS?
