Increasing Oxygen (Blue) in NGC6995

I processed NGC6995 the Eastern Veil Nebula and I was wondering how I could bring out more of the blue (oxygen) color of the nebula without affecting the background color?  I am happy with the red in the nebula but would like to bring out more of the blue.

Try this, go to http://www.werbeagentur.org/oldwexi/PixInsight/PixInsight.html and there are a number of excellent tutorials.  The one that deals with the Veil Nebula is called "Oiii Ha LRGB Linear Combination"  …. maybe that will help.

Try using the script ColorMask

yeah i would use colormask - set to blue and maybe remove 2 layers to smooth the mask a little bit, then apply the mask to your image and increase the blue curve and saturation a little.
