Impossible tu run PI 1.8.5

Hello, just a few minutes ago I upgraded PI to latest version 1.8.5 Ripley but I have the error you can see in attach. Before the upgrade PI worked without problems. I use W7 64 and of course I tried to install PI twice as suggested without results. Any tips is welcome. Thanks

Hi Massimo,

This is a known problem with Windows versions older than Windows 10. You have to install an update from Microsoft's website to solve it:

Please note that we have not originated this problem; it is a Windows configuration error.
