Asking about a problem

I'm trying to open PI but the follow message appears "Access violation: invalid memory read operation at address 0000000000000000". Then I can't open it. What can I do to solve it?

Hi Jose,

The first thing I would try is uninstall PixInsight for the "Control Panel" then reboot the PC and then try another install.  Let us know if you still have problems.
