This happens with Win10 and 7 .
While PixInsight already opened, minimize it and double click on any fits/xisf image on the hard drive associated with PixInsight. Image opens alright, but it throws this ucrtbase.dll error. On win10 it goes silently, without any notice. On Win7 it throws a crash popup and that the program would be closed, but it won't. After clicking Ok PixInsight stays open and all function as it should, but it always throw this ucrtbase.dll error.
