Canon 6D Mark II support
« on: 2017 November 25 06:39:27 »
Hello,

I am using a Canon EOS 6D Mark II DSLR. It appears that the latest version of PixInSight may not be properly supporting the raw format from the camera. Images appear to have a magenta hue that doesn't appear when using Photoshop CC.

Thanks

Dale

it is possible that this camera is not supported by DCRAW, but the only way for someone to check is for you to upload a CR2 somewhere. i know that the dual-pixel focus mode on the new DIGIC processors is not supported.

however a color cast does not seem like a problem with DCRAW, so maybe georg's advice is the first thing to check.
