Missing PI Icon
« on: 2015 November 20 05:39:41 »
I recently updated my computer to windows 10 and did a clean install.  Of course that meant re-installing PixInsight.  After installing PI I have noticed that when PI is open and showing in the bottom taskbar, there is no PI icon in the taskbar.  It's just a blank page.  No big deal, but is there a way to recover the icon?  Note that this is not a quick launch shortcut.  The shortcut I have on the desktop shows the icon, but when launched the bottom taskbar icon is blank.

Same here - on a brand new AMD Ryzen machine by Dell.  Windows 10.

Have observed this as well: Windows 10, 64-bit. Interestingly, the correct icon is used when PixInsight is first opened. Not sure at what point it changes. This is also new behavior with 1.8.5 (which, of course, continues to deliver awesome processing ... :-).

Larry,

How do I find message 70710?  I don't see any message numbers associated with the messages on the board, and the search feature yields only results that appear to be unrelated.
