cant get anywhere

Im trying to download pixinsight on my new computer but if i go to software distribution and put my details in it comes back either user does not exist or the trial period is up you are forbidden. Really dont understand the problem here how hard can it be?. I have contacted by email the response I had was read the instructions. Cant even log in to read them??? HELP

Where are you getting your login details from?

Do you have the original email from PixInsight?

Have you tried a 'copy and paste' of the details - to ensure that you are not making any mistake when you enter the required data?

Hi guys totally embarrassed  I finally got it running, apparently when I set it up and bought it my wife paid for it and used her email address not mine, all sorted now I do apologise

Don't apologise - just point out to your Financial Controller that you might not be reimbursing her this year.

And, under no circumstances are you to identify me to your wife, nor are to to pass to her *my* wife's contact details
