I have uninstalled, downloaded, and reinstalled PI onto a computer that I have not used for a while. When I copied my User Identifier and Activation Code from my original email, I get an Invalid User Identifier error message. How do I proceed from here? Do I need a new identifier and code? Any help would be appreciated.
