Minimizing PI leaves open processes behind.
« on: 2017 January 18 12:57:00 »
Group,

I do not know if it is a bug or feature (preferences?) but when I attempt to minimize PI, the main screen moves to the task bar at the bottom of my screen but any open processes (i.e. STF) remain open on the screen.

MBP Retina Display
mas OS 10.12.2 (16C67)
PI 01.08.04.1195 Ripley (x64)

Hi Frank,

No bug at all. This is just standard behavior of applications on OS X/macOS: Any application window can be minimized independently. The concept of main application window, as it exists on other platforms such as most UNIX/Linux desktop managers and Windows, does not exist on macOS, or at least it's very differently interpreted and implemented.
