Mean ADU count of a Calibration Frame
« on: 2016 August 02 08:07:20 »
Hello.
Very simple question. How can I view the mean ADU count of a calibration frame.?
Example I want to view the mean/average ADU of a flat frame. I have fished around but I cant find.
Thank you
Adrien

Hi Adrien,

Go to the Process Explorer. There you'll find, under the Favorites list, the Statistics tool. Open it, activate the Track View button and then select the image window in which you're interested to show the statistics of that image. If you want to have the mean in ADUs, you should select to show the statistics in 16 bits (assuming your camera produces images in 16 bits).

Best regards,
Vicent.
