CosmeticCorrection Unable to find CFA Pattern Information

After calibration of my lights, I ran them through CC. However, when I go to Debayer them, I get the error message below. I am able, however, to Debayer the calibrated lights that I 'fed' into the CC module. Is this a bug introduced in the latest version?

My light, bias, dark, and flat frames started as NEF. I am on MacOS High Sierra (but I got the same message when I tried on a Windows machine).

Hi Luigi,

Bug confirmed, thank you for reporting it. The current version of the CosmeticCorrection process does not preserve image properties, and hence CFA pattern information, in output files. This bug is now fixed and a new version of the CC module will be released as an update ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience.
