STF disappears/reappears randomly in menu bar

Hi,
after last updates, I noticed an odd behavior for few weeks. The "enable/disable STF" and the other STF icons in top right corner of graphic menu bar sometimes disappear during a working session. I mean, I do nothing to change the menu, just open and work on some images, then when I need to undo STF for example, the icon is no longer there and I need to go to "image > screen transfer function > reset" from main menu bar.
Then after some time the icon reappears...
Did anyone notice this? I am on OSX and PI latest (both).

Hi Antonio,

Which is the resolution of your screen?
When you notice that the STF ToolBar is not present, please check on VIEW>Tool Bars if Screen Transfer Function is activated or deactivated (see the attached image)

Thanks, Alejandro! Screen resolution on my Macbook Pro is 1440x900. Never had this issue before, when I spot it again I will follow your advice.
For the time being, I have just realized (after years of use of PI) that I can undock the STF toolbar from top screen and dock it on the lower part of the screen, which is very handy!
