Red master lights

Good day everyone! I've been having some issues with the pre processing of images with my current setup, in that after the pre processing script (or manual pre processing) the resulting master light is red after performing STF, and after performing DBE, the stars become red/pinkish... any ideas on how to correct this?

I am using a Sony a37 DSLR.

try doing BackgroundNeutralization and then ColorCalibration after DBE and see if things improve.
