PI Documentation
« on: 2015 December 09 21:00:48 »
There are 90 Processes in my PI ver.1.8.4.1193.
Only about 25 of them have documentation.
When will there be documentation for all 90?

Also, there is not much documentation for Scripts either.

$250 dollars is rather expensive when there is no documentation to get one started.

Jon,

If you are interested, I have a comprehensive workbook that I share with others.  If you would like a copy of my latest version just drop me a line at jkmorse57@gmail.com and I will happily send it along.  Once you get a feel for the amazing things this software will do, you will quickly see what a bargain it really is.

Best,

Jim

Jon

Also hovering the mouse over a particular parameter in a tool generally brings documentation in real time on the screen. This to me is one of the great features in Pixinsight.

+1 on Mike's point.  I am always referring to that information, even on tools I have been using forever.

I am also disappointed that the process documentation is missing.  I do enjoy and use the pop-up information but having a comprehensive overview of the process or script along with all options that I could reference while working with the process (or deciding if I should use it) would be VERY helpful to a newbie like me.

@jkmorse if you don't mind, would you be willing to share your workbook with me?
