Yes, we still have a lot of work to do with high-dpi versions of icons...
BTW, is this part of a screenshot shown at full size? I ask because everything, especially text, is quite fuzzy. On Retina displays, text is rendered at much higher resolution than that (at the native physical screen resolution, actually). If this image shows the actual screen contents, then something very strange is happening.
