Was there a solution to this?
There is no need to find a solution here because there is no bug, just a behavior change in the latest versions of PixInsight. The reason for this problem is here:
Image size: 4290 x 2856
Output size: 2856 x 4290
Since version 1.3.0, the DSLR_RAW module fully supports image orientation metadata stored in raw files. See the release information post here:
