When I want quick views of images by running dark subtract using Image Calibration, without bias or flats, the dark does not get subtracted. If I run BPP using the same master dark with only the dark subtract option checked, dark subtract works fine.
FYI, Sequence Generator Pro generates only FITS files, so I change the default file format to be saved in PI to FITS rather than XISF.
Just wonder what may be causing this. I have noticed this even previous to updating to the latest PI rev.
