Curves process dialog doesn't always render properly
« on: 2008 December 10 07:44:26 »
Hi,

I've noticed problems with this dialog in the past and it just happened again so I figured I'd finally report it. Here's the screenshot:

http://gallery.tungstentech.com/main.php?g2_itemId=1057

- start PI by right clicking on a file and selecting 'open with pixinsight core launcher'
- apply STF
- apply histogram
- double click on curves in process explorer
- note that the process explorer stays open (I think it should close but maybe this is done on purpose)
- curves dialog appeared as shown above.
- a resize of the dialog restored the proper location of widgets
- it appears that the dialog was too small initially, confusing the resize routine that places widgets dynamically. In other occasions the dialog was dramatically too small, maybe 100x100 pixels.
Best,

Hi Sander,

This bug is supposed to be fixed in version 1.4. This should happen just once (the first time you open the Curves window after installing 1.4), but it should never happen again. If it does, then I haven't fixed what I think... please confirm.
