CPU workload low (Image Integration)
« on: 2016 January 02 23:11:45 »
Hello and happy new year fellow PI User,

wondering if there is any way to get PI make more use of the processor?
I am running PI on a i7 3930 processor under Windows 10.

workload is twofold with ImageIntegration:
part 1: load and compute statistics etc: 7-10% cpu load
part 2: integrating Channels: up to 50%

during part 1 o f Imageintegration the avg total CPU load is never over 10%.
already did set the task prio of PI to High, no real change.

any ideas?

thanks alot
Claus

When PI starts up does it display as such? Look under View/Global Preferences and see below:
Mine were on by default.
