Win 10 and PI 1.8.4 layout

Please an information: I just installed PI 1.8.4 to my new notebook ( Intel I7, 16 GB RAM, nVidia geforce GT 840M, Win 10, 1920x1080) . But I was really surprised with program layout on the screen( see attachment) I don't like this big letters and windows and it is impractical too.
How can I change this layout and get back layout like in PI 1.8.3 ?

You can try changing the scaling or fonts in the preferences.
